How do I sign up?
Online only at polmaratonmarzanny.pl. Click “Sign Up” and complete the form.

Can I register on race day?
No. Registration closes 15 March 2026 or when the limit is reached.

How do I check my status?
You will receive a confirmation email after payment. Check the start list on our website.

Can I change distance after registering?
Yes, until 15 March 2026 via the contact form. A surcharge may apply.

What payment methods are accepted?
Online transfer (PayU), credit/debit cards, standard bank transfer.

Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes – provide invoice details during registration.

Is the entry fee refundable?
No. Race pack transfer is possible until 15 March 2026 (PLN 20 admin fee).

When and where can I collect my race pack?
At Błonia Krakowskie race office: Saturday 21 March (14:00–19:00) and Sunday 22 March (07:00–08:30).

What is in the pack?
Race bib with chip, technical T-shirt, safety pins, bag drop bag, sponsor materials. Medal at the finish line.

Can someone collect for me?
Yes, with a signed authorisation letter and their own ID.

What distances are available?
Half Marathon (21.097 km) and “For Little Hearts” 5 km Run.

Time limit?
Half Marathon: 3 hours. 5 km Run: no limit.

Where is the course map?
On the Route page.

How is timing measured?
Chips in race bibs; classification based on net time.

Where to find results?
Live results on race day. Official results within 24h after the race.

Can I withdraw?
Yes, but the entry fee is non-refundable.

Can I transfer my pack?
Yes, until 15 March 2026 for a PLN 20 admin fee. Contact us via the contact form.

Will there be a bag drop?
Yes, at Błonia Krakowskie in a designated tent. Use the bag labelled with your race number.

Changing rooms?
Portable changing tents available. No showers.

What is the virtual run?
Run the half-marathon distance anywhere within the designated time window, record it with a GPS app and submit your result.

Do I get a medal?
Yes – medal and T-shirt posted after result verification.

Photographers on course?
Yes, at key points. Photos published free within 48h.

Search by race number on the Gallery page.
