Preparing for the half marathon

I’ve been training for a half-marathon taking place in my town for the past few months. I train regularly, usually three or four times a week, gradually increasing the distance. At first, running was difficult for me, but over time I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my fitness.

I also try to pay attention to my diet and proper recovery, as I know these are crucial for endurance training. Sometimes I go for a run with friends, which gives me an extra boost of motivation.

My aim isn’t just to finish the race, but also to achieve a good result and test my limits.
